To z pierwszą gwiazdką już trochę nieaktualne, ale tak to jest jak się wrzuca życzenia na bloga dzień po "akcji" - tak czy siak, każda okazja dobra by życzyć jak najlepiej (i żeby pogapić się na gwiazdy) więc:

P.S. Z dopiskiem także dla tych, którym może akurat niewesoło, albo nie do końca - bo tak. Którzy czekają, aż znikną bombki, czapeczki, skarpetki i brokatowe bałwanki. Dla Was też tego, co wyżej - i: cierpliwości / jeśli smutku, to w wersji oczyszczającej / szczerych uśmiechów, odartych z "chrismesowych" sreberek / chwili oddechu dla siebie. Trzymajcie się! ;)

The part with the first star is a little outdated, but that's what happens when you place your wishes on the blog day after "action" - anyway, every opportunity is good to wish the best (and to stare at the stars), so:

Płyta MATE gotowa! Dwa koncerty promujące album "Porozumienie" odbyły się w ostatni weekend. Poniżej - okładka zaprojektowana i zilustrowana przeze mnie. Więcej informacji na facebookowej stronie zespołu, a mały podgląd pracy nad nią, oczywiście, w albumie Work(s) in progress. 

Ponieważ projekt jest bardzo szczegółowy, tradycyjnie zachęcam do kliknięcia w zdjęcie w celu zobaczenia wersji powiększonej. :)

Brand new album of MATE band is ready! Two concerts promoting this fact were held last weekend. Above - cover, designed and illustrated by me. More info on MATE Facebook site, and little preview of working process, of course in album Work(s) in progress.

Współpraca z Poster Poster / Collaboration with Poster Poster

Po Blogu Rowerowym, na którym można czytać moje teksty od lutego, przyszedł czas na współpracę z kolejnym portalem - tym razem poświęconym szeroko pojętej sztuce plakatu. Poster Poster to strona, na której można znaleźć informacje o wystawach, eventach, kampaniach i innych akcjach związanych z plakatem, selekcję prac najciekawszych plakacistów...

...A w zakładce "Mistrzowie" (Masters) - prezentacje znanych i cenionych projektantów, którzy dzielą się swoimi spostrzeżeniami, wiedzą i wskazówkami. Do tej pory w tym gronie znaleźli się: Paula Scher, Milton Glaser, Pablo Kunst, Mario Fuentes, Stefan Sagmeister, Moises Romero, Yossi Lemel oraz Peter Bankov.

W zespole Poster Poster działa obecnie 9 osób - trójka założycieli oraz szóstka osób współpracujących z portalem. Wszyscy z nas na co dzień mają do czynienia z projektowaniem, a ponieważ nasza pasja i praca polega nie tylko na tworzeniu, ale w bardzo dużym stopniu - także na obserwacji tego, co piękne i warte uwagi, na łamach portalu dzielimy się tym, co udało się nam wyłowić i dostrzec. :)

Zachęcam do zaglądania na Poster Poster, a utalentowanych plakacistów, którzy chcieliby zaprezentować swoje prace w dziale Poster Monday - do zgłaszania projektów w zakładce "Poster Monday > Submissions".

After Blog Rowerowy, where you can find my texts (in Polish) since February, it's time for new collaboration with next website, focused on art of poster and poster design. Poster Poster is a place where you can find infos about exhibitions, events, campaigns and other poster related actions, selection of works of the most interesting poster designers...

...And in "Masters" bookmark - presentations of famous and valued designers, who share their insights, knowledge and guidance. So far in this great group appeared: Paula Scher, Milton Glaser, Pablo Kunst, Mario Fuentes, Stefan Sagmeister, Moises Romero, Yossi Lemel and Peter Bankov.

Currently in Poster Poster team works 9 people - 3 founders and 6 collaborators. All of us are experienced in graphic design or in visual arts, and because our work and passion is not only to create but also to observe things which are beautiful and worthy of attention, on this website we share things which we discovered. :)
