BEETROOT FRIED WITH HONEY AND OATMEAL

INGREDIENTS:

one big beet
a handful of oatmeal
1-2 teaspoons of honey
oil
some salt

Pell of beet and cut into cubes or slices. Pour the oil into the pan and, when he is hot, add beet. Fry until it will be a little bit softer - then throw oatmeal. Mix everything together, lightly season with salt and roast on until the petals become slightly golden. Then add honey, mix and stlii "hold" on a low flame for a moment. After this you can live it for a moment for cool a little bit.

RAW SWEET BALLS WITH HONEY, SESAME AND OTHER DELICACIES

INGREDIENTS:

Hard for me to give the right proportion of ingredients - the best mix them "to feel" - so as toachieve a slightly sticky consistency - thick enough to be able to form the shape of balls.

desiccated coconut
raisins, optional - cranberries
sunflower seeds
walnuts or other, almonds, sesame seeds - optional
a little olive oil or coconut oil
honey
or - a bit of salt

The cocoa icing (optional):
honey
a bit of water
cocoa

Nuts, sesame, raisins, cocoa chips, sunflower seeds and other stuff like that throw into the blender, add olive oil and grind thoroughly. Add honey and (possibly, if someone feels the need) salt. Grind once again, to get the most uniform consistency. From the resulting mass form small balls.

When balls will be ready, you can coat them in coconut chips - or in just such a cocoa icing: Dissolve cocoa in a little bit of water, add honey. The ingredients mix thoroughly. Icing should be slightly thick not to run down the ball.

And here ends the role of the kitchen chef and his skilled hands - put balls into the fridge, leave them there for couple of hours (let them freeze a little bit) and... wait until someone will get them and eat them with gusto;) Enjoy!
